Pomeroy is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Technician to join our Managed Events Services team in New York. You will plan, manage, and produce live streaming events, supporting virtual, hybrid, and on-site meetings.

The role emphasizes Teams-based workflows, collaboration with executives, and hands-on AV production from planning through post-event analysis. You will work with on-site hardware, Cisco codecs, and Teams Rooms, and coordinate with internal clients, traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, managing and producing live events for streaming.
• Comfort with hybrid/on-site meetings and travel up to 20%.
• Ability to support senior leadership with white-glove service.
• Strong communication and organization in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle from planning to post-analysis.
• Coordinate web-conferencing platforms with emphasis on Teams.
• Provide production and direction for virtual and on-site events.
• Deliver white-glove support to internal clients and execs.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and MS Office tools.
• Operate on-site video conferencing hardware, Cisco codecs, and MTRs.
