Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Corporate Website QA/QC lead on the Marketing Execution team to drive testing strategy, automation, accessibility, and governance across our digital properties.

You will guide a distributed team, embed quality earlier in development, modernize testing with AI-driven automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA/QC, or a related tech field with leadership of technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, technology, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading testing strategies and quality programs across the software development lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in test automation and continuous improvement for digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, application testing, defect management, and digital QA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams of employees, contractors, and SMEs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using quality metrics, reporting, and data analysis to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the QA/QC strategy for Corporate Websites across the development lifecycle.
• Lead a distributed team responsible for quality control, accessibility, test automation, reporting, and operations.
• Integrate quality practices throughout delivery, ensuring release readiness and defect prevention.
• Drive the automation and AI roadmap to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Oversee automated testing and monitoring, including regression testing, accessibility scanning, and analytics validation.
• Provide leadership for digital accessibility compliance, WCAG alignment and remediation processes.
• Own defect governance, prioritization, remediation oversight, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain a strong control environment with testing evidence, documentation, and audit support.
• Manage QA/QC operational processes, shared services, and vendor relationships for accessibility and automation solutions.
• Deliver management reporting and insights on quality performance, automation, and risks.
• Serve as senior QA/QC technology leader advising stakeholders on testing strategy and investments.
