Qualifications

• Over 10 years in Quality Engineering, QA/QC, or related tech field with leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading testing strategies and quality programs across the software lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in test automation, quality engineering practices, and continuous improvement for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the QA/QC strategy for Corporate Websites, establishing testing standards and risk-based testing practices.
• Lead and develop a distributed team responsible for quality control, digital accessibility, test automation, reporting, and operational support.
• Integrate quality practices throughout the delivery process, ensuring release readiness, defect prevention, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the automation and AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Oversee automated testing and monitoring capabilities, including regression testing, accessibility scanning, and analytics validation.
• Provide leadership for digital accessibility compliance, ensuring alignment with firm standards and WCAG requirements.
