Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Corporate Website QA/QC lead on the Marketing Execution team to drive testing strategy, automation, accessibility, and quality governance across our Corporate Websites.

You will guide a distributed team of testing, accessibility, and automation specialists; embed quality earlier in the development lifecycle; and modernize testing through scalable automation, data, and responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering, QA/QC, or related field with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, technology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA/QC strategy for Corporate Websites and establish testing standards.
• Lead a distributed team responsible for quality control, accessibility, and automation.
• Embed quality early in the development lifecycle and drive automation and AI roadmap.
