Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead to own the testing strategy and execution across web and mobile experiences.

You will partner with product and engineering to deliver high-quality releases, designing practical test approaches and ensuring issues are resolved through release and post-production validation. The candidate will lead end-to-end UAT plans, translate business use cases into test scripts, coordinate test data, and drive testing in an Agile

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years of quality assurance experience.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications, including Android and iOS.
• Experience with functional test automation tools (Selenium, Java, Cucumber).
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and deliver on committed timelines.
• Experience using workflow and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing efforts across cross-functional teams, proactively managing impediments and risks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on testing scope, timelines, and release readiness.
• Create and execute end-to-end user acceptance testing plans for web and mobile experiences.
• Design business use cases and translate them into clear, executable test scenarios and scripts.
• Coordinate test data setup and data conditioning to support reliable execution.
• Execute testing in an Agile delivery environment and support iterative delivery cycles.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects and risks, driving them to closure with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Provide structured status updates, highlighting progress, dependencies, and decisions needed.
