Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
• Experience leading enterprise AI-assisted software development tooling and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with governance and validation standards.
• Apply SDLC tooling and AI-assisted automation to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Influence product design, functionality, and technical operations.
• Serve as a function-wide expert in one or more areas of focus.
• Contribute to engineering community and firmwide frameworks and practices.
