Job summary

Diligent in New York seeks a Senior Web Engineer to own the technical foundation of our marketing web platform, building scalable, CMS‑driven experiences across our digital properties to support brand, marketing, and business objectives.

You will lead development of responsive templates and components, partner with design, content, marketing, and external agencies, uphold standards for performance, accessibility, and SEO, and drive maintainable, future‑proof web solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of web development experience on marketing/corporate websites.
• Experience with CMS or headless CMS platforms and templates.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive development.
• Experience with analytics/GA4, tagging, and marketing tech handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex features, templates, and CMS‑driven experiences.
• Translate requirements into responsive, accessible, production‑ready web experiences.
• Collaborate with design, content, marketing, and partners to scope, test, and launch pages.
• Own web development standards, QA, release readiness, and reusable components.
• Improve site performance, accessibility, and technical SEO; reduce debt.
• Support marketing measurement and experimentation integrations.
