Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, CS, or related field; 4 years' substituted education/work may apply.
• Minimum 5 years of web development experience.
• Proficiency with front-end tech and CMS platforms (WordPress, Sanity).
• Experience with marketing automation integrations (HubSpot).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and modern web architectures.

Responsibilities

• Directs technical aspects of web projects, enforcing coding standards and documentation.
• Mentors junior developers and collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into specs.
• Interprets requirements and translates them into detailed technical specifications.
• Analyzes web property performance with Digital Marketing Analyst to drive improvements.
• Designs and runs complex A/B and multivariate tests; optimizes KPIs.
• Keeps up with industry trends and presents strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Creates technical docs, project plans, and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Manages integrations with growth stack (HubSpot, GTM) and similar tools.
