Job summary

Inovalon Inc is seeking a Senior Web Designer & Developer to design, ship, and maintain AI-driven applications behind marketing and digital experiences. You will work with Python, TypeScript, and React, building agentic systems on CrewAI, LangChain, and LangGraph while connecting to Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, and data pipelines.

You will also own front-end development with Next.js, contribute to a scalable design system, and ensure performance, accessibility, and security across internal tools

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience building and shipping production software and digital experiences, including front and back end ownership.
• Production Python expertise: services, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React, including Next.js in various contexts.
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks and multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, LangChain).
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and MCP servers, vector DBs, embeddings.
• Marketing tech experience with Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, tag management, and data flows.
• WordPress ownership: themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, PHP 8+, MySQL; broad WP skills.
• Ability to write clean HTML/CSS and use Tailwind/Bootstrap as needed.
• Design system/component library creation and maintenance across teams.
• Postgres/MySQL performance tuning and general database fundamentals.
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility expertise.
• Git-based DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, CDN and caching configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems with multi-agent orchestration.
• Leverage frameworks like CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, LangChain and integrate with MLL APIs.
• Establish evaluations, tracing, monitoring, and guardrails for AI features and agents.
• Maintain the internal agent fleet and applications used by Marketing and Sales.
• Write production Python services, APIs, data pipelines, and automations.
• Build performant front ends in TypeScript/React, using Next.js for various architectures.
• Design and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, performance via code-splitting, caching, and server tuning.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, manage reviews, branching, and releases with Git.
• Harden security with least-privilege access, secret management, WAF/CDN rules.
