Job summary

PINT, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead web and digital projects from planning through delivery. You will work with in-house developers, engineers, researchers, and designers to coordinate efforts for successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes project planning, scope delimitation, and resource management with a focus on delivering high-quality web solutions. A flexible remote policy complements a base Pacific Beach office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a web dev, creative, or marketing agency
• At least 2 years of autonomous project management experience (no day-to-day oversight)
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
• Client stakeholder management required (C-level, Director, VP)
• Solid project management fundamentals: SDLC waterfall and agile, without dogmatism
• Team and resource management skills
• Process oriented
• PMP is nice to have
• Widely-used CMS familiarity
• Development tools & workflows (IDEs, Version Control, Content Management)
• Design prototyping and production tools (Figma, CC, etc)
• Common cloud services and managed hosting environments
• Familiarity with digital marketing and/or design is highly desirable
• Hopefully a little HTML, CSS, JS, or PHP doesn’t scare you!

Responsibilities

• Plan projects, scope delimitation, and resource management to ensure delivery
• Coordinate efforts of in-house developers, engineers, researchers, and designers
• Manage client stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals
• Deliver projects with a strong focus on SDLC, agile practices, and process discipline
