Job summary

Robert Beach West Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives, mentor project leads, and drive strategic outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and teams across departments to plan, execute and deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope. The role requires a PMP or equivalent certification, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong proficiency with MS Project and Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in project management with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Asana or other PM software.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at varied levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor project leads and their teams.
• Oversee development and execution of high-impact project plans aligned with company goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including risk, QA, benefits realization, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop comprehensive project estimates and timelines using PM tools.
• Regularly monitor, track and report progress, schedules, budgets and resources.
