Job summary

Network Health in Wisconsin is seeking a technical lead for our Web Development team. You will supervise developers and contractors, guide solution design, and drive production support while maintaining secure SDLC practices.

You will coordinate portal and internal web applications, implement CI/CD, ensure accessibility and performance, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions using .NET, SQL Server, IIS, and related Microsoft

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of experience leading projects or teams.
Minimum of 5 years of professional web application development using Microsoft technologies (.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL).
Healthcare or health insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise assigned web development employees and contractors, including onboarding, training, work assignments, scheduling, coaching, recognition, and routine performance feedback.
Serve as a working technical leader participating in solution design, development, code review, troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and production support.
Coordinate design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and support of portals, public websites, internal apps, APIs, interfaces, and responsive web solutions.
Ensure work follows secure SDLC practices, coding standards, documentation, change control, testing, and production release procedures.
Lead peer reviews and provide technical guidance on architecture, performance, security, accessibility, and supportability.
Coordinate CI/CD for web apps including builds, testing, quality checks, vulnerability scanning, and controlled deployment.
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Information Security on IIS configuration, app pools, certificates, DNS, and platform support.
Guide optimization of SQL database objects, queries, and stored procedures with focus on performance and data security.
Monitor health, availability, incidents, defects, and security findings; coordinate triage and root-cause actions.
Participate in Change Advisory Board activities and ensure proper rollout and rollback plans.
Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver user-centered solutions aligned with branding and accessibility.
