Job summary

Network Health in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Web Development Lead to guide developers and contractors in designing, building, and delivering web solutions for members and providers. You will participate in architecture, code reviews, testing, and production support.

Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, accessible, and scalable applications while advancing CI/CD practices and ADA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading projects or as a technical lead.
• Minimum 5 years of professional web app development using .NET technologies and MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Supervise web development employees and contractors, coordinating onboarding, training, work assignments, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Work as a technical leader in design, development, code reviews, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and support of portals, public websites, internal apps, APIs, and interfaces.
• Ensure team work follows secure SDLC practices, coding standards, documentation, change management, testing, and production release procedures.
• Lead peer reviews and provide guidance on architecture, maintainability, performance, security, accessibility, and supportability.
• Coordinate CI/CD for web apps, including automated builds, testing, code quality checks, vulnerability scanning, and controlled deployment.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Information Security on IIS, certificates, DNS, web server standards, vulnerability remediation, and platform support.
• Guide development and optimization of Microsoft SQL database objects, queries, and stored procedures with emphasis on performance and data security.
• Monitor application health, incidents, defects, and security findings; coordinate triage and root-cause analyses for production issues.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board and ensure releases include implementation and rollback plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver user-centered solutions aligned with branding, accessibility, and provider needs.
• Apply Section 508, WCAG, and ADA accessibility considerations to design and development.
