Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in application development with at least 2 years in web development.
• Healthcare or health insurance environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, documents, implements, and maintains web and mobile applications and data interfaces between web, mobile, and business applications.
• Writes program code using accepted techniques; debugs and documents solutions for support.
• Advises on web solutions and best practices; serves as SME on web technologies.
