Job summary

Network Health is seeking a Web Developer II to design, test, and maintain web and mobile interfaces including customer portals and internal business apps. You will implement data interfaces and ETL processes aligned with IS policies, delivering stable, efficient, and reusable code.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least three years in application development with two in web development, preferably in healthcare or health insurance. Hybrid work in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in application development with at least 2 years in web development; healthcare/health insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, documents, implements, and maintains web/mobile apps and data interfaces.
• Writes code, debugs, and documents solutions to aid support troubleshooting.
• Advises on best practices, ensures security, audit/regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Monitors performance and reliability of web systems and suggests improvements.
• Delivers complex technical tasks on time and within budget.
• Supports production issues and on-call rotations; assists in security remediation.
• Keeps up with software/web standards and security best practices.
