Job summary
Coastal Federal Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Web Designer & Optimization Specialist to lead design, development, and optimization of the public website. You will focus on UX, CRO, SEO, and analytics to boost member engagement and conversions.
The role is hands-on, using Kentico Xperience to update pages, forms, graphics, and experiences while collaborating with an external agency for complex initiatives. Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills and analytics leadership are essential.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in web development, UX optimization, and digital marketing operations.
- Experience with Kentico Xperience or similar CMS for content and page updates.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON/JSON-LD and basic SEO tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and UX optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain pages, forms, and components in Kentico Xperience.
- Own SEO strategy, site architecture, and technical SEO improvements.
- Analyze user journeys and optimize funnels across web and campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agency on complex features and enhancements.
- Manage analytics, tagging, and attribution across platforms.
