Job summary
Coastal Federal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Sr. Web Designer & Optimization Specialist to lead the public website’s design, development, optimization, and performance. You will own UX, CRO, SEO strategy, and analytics to boost new member acquisition and product applications.
This hands-on role uses Kentico Xperience for page creation and updates, with HTML/CSS/JS for improvements, while coordinating with an external agency for complex initiatives. Hybrid work, 3 days on-site.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web development, UX optimisation, and digital marketing operations.
- Experience with Kentico Xperience or similar CMS.
- Experience with technical SEO implementation and structured data.
- Familiarity with local listings platforms and marketing analytics.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON/JSON-LD.
Responsibilities
- Lead website design and UX optimisation including CRO.
- Build, update and maintain pages within Kentico Xperience.
- Manage Google Analytics, GA4, and attribution tracking.
- Collaborate with external agency for advanced enhancements.
- Support paid search, display, and retargeting initiatives.
