Progressive Leasing in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Web Analyst – eCommerce to own web and conversion analysis across the eCommerce journey. You will translate complex findings into practical recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize the eCommerce roadmap and investments.

You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and evaluate funnel performance across channels and devices, while mentoring analysts and ensuring data quality for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, economics, statistics, marketing, information systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of digital/web analytics experience with a focus on eCommerce.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills with enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior across the eCommerce funnel, from acquisition to post-purchase.
• Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Define metrics and measurement plans for site enhancements and campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate questions into analyses and insights.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Support experimentation by formulating hypotheses and evaluating results.
