Job summary
Mondo in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior SEO & E-Commerce Specialist to optimize digital experiences and support a major website redesign. You will lead SEO/AEO efforts, mentor the e-commerce team, and collaborate across marketing, creative, and IT to drive conversions.
The role requires 4+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing, strong Ahrefs skills, and experience with Bloomreach CMS, GA, and Adobe Analytics. Hybrid onsite four days a week in Atlanta.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing or SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- Hands-on Ahrefs SEO/AEO experience.
- Experience with Bloomreach or comparable CMS.
- Experience with Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of UX and conversion optimization.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Support website redesigns and CMS optimization.
- Drive SEO, AEO, GEO optimization using Ahrefs.
- Manage content updates and digital campaigns.
- Improve UX and customer journey to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and IT on enhancements.
- Monitor performance with GA/Adobe Analytics.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Support testing, CRO, and continuous improvement.
