Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an experienced eCommerce Analytics professional to collect, blend, and analyze online sales data, creating dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as sales, conversion, traffic and AOV. You will influence action through storytelling with data and partner with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Brand and Customer teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales analytics, eCommerce analytics, digital commerce, BI, or related role.
• Experience with online sales data, retailer reporting, digital shelf metrics, web analytics, and promotional analysis preferred.
• Omnichannel or retailer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, and analyze eCommerce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for eCommerce metrics.
• Analyze online sales performance across retailer sites and marketplaces to identify drivers of growth and underperformance.
• Support forecasting and scenario analysis for promotions, events, and category performance.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
