Castolin Eutectic seeks a Wear Solutions Specialist to grow wear services within targeted strategic accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement and steel. You will collaborate with the Wear Services team to deliver technical solutions and build lasting customer relationships.

The role requires 10–15 years in related fields, strong knowledge of wear issues, and ability to travel up to 60%. This position is remote-enabled with heavy field engagement across regional accounts.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in industrial sales or maintenance leadership in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of wear services (CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad) with strategic accounts in target industries.
