Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the sales process defined in the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with centralized underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, acknowledge customers promptly, and resolve complaints per policy.
• Open and process deposits, assist with day-to-day banking needs, and promote digital services.
