This role emphasizes consultative sales, collaboration with partners, and guiding clients through digital banking options while maintaining regulatory standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Typically 4-6 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and profitability management.
• Licenses required within 120 days of start date.
• Advanced understanding of deposit, loan and credit products.
• Knowledge of brokerage and insurance products.
• Experience with retirement plans and business banking solutions.
• Portfolio management experience and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Uses a consultative sales process to develop strong client relationships; acts as client’s trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Proactively works with assigned customer portfolio to uncover needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Makes recommendations on products, pricing, and services and connects clients to experts.
• Achieves sales targets by acquiring assets from existing clients and new acquisitions.
• Educates clients about digital banking options and self-serve technologies.
• Mentors branch personnel to enhance knowledge and skills around mass affluent clients.
