Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services with knowledge of banking products and profitability management.
• Licenses such as SIE, Series 6, 63, 65 or state Life/Health insurance preferred; required within 120 days if not held.
• Strong deposit, loan, mortgage, and credit risk understanding; business services knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaboration and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds and manages a mass affluent client portfolio across multiple branch locations.
• Uses a consultative sales process to develop client relationships and acts as trusted advisor.
• Reviews credit applications to ensure sound granting principles and remedies as needed.
• Educates clients about digital banking options and self-serve technologies.
• Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and referral to business partners.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.
