Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree preferred, not required.
• SIE Exam and state licenses (6, 63, 65, Life/Health) required within 120 days if not held.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients across multiple branch locations.
• Use consultative sales to uncover needs and provide solutions; act as trusted advisor.
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring assets from existing and new clients.
• Review credit applications to ensure sound lending principles and risk management.
• Educate clients about digital options and self-serve banking tools.
