Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience; degree preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in financial services, knowledge of banking products, pricing, and profitability management.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, 63, 65; Life/Health; Series 7 and 66 preferred (within 120 days if not held).
• Understanding of deposits, loans, mortgages, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds and manages an assigned mass affluent client portfolio across multiple branches.
• Acts as primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide solutions.
• Reviews credit applications and ensures sound credit principles; coordinates with partners based on needs.
• Meets sales targets by acquiring new assets from existing and new clients.
• Educates clients on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Liaises with departments to provide product support and resolve issues within policies and controls.
• Participates in community engagement to identify prospects and build referrals.
• Trains branch personnel to enhance knowledge on mass affluent clients.
