Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a Mass Affluent Client Advisor to proactively manage a portfolio of valuable clients across multiple branch locations. You will act as the primary contact to uncover financial needs, provide meaningful solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.

You will build relationships across the market, collaborate with BMO partners, and drive sales targets by expanding assets and offering tailored banking and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in financial services with knowledge of banking products and profitability.
• LICENSING: SIE, Series 6, 63, 65, and Life/Health licenses required; Series 7 & 66 preferred; must obtain within 120 days if not held.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact to uncover financial needs and provide solutions in compliance with policies.
• Build relationships across branch locations to deliver customer experience.
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring assets from existing and new clients.
• Review credit applications to ensure sound credit principles.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-serve technologies.
• Mentor branch personnel and provide coaching on mass affluent servicing.
