Job summary

You will collaborate with branch partners, review credit applications, and mentor staff while educating clients on digital banking options. Requires strong communication and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, pricing, and profitability is required.
• Licenses listed (SIE, Series 6/63/65 or Life/Health) must be obtained within 120 days if not held.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds and manages an assigned portfolio of mass affluent clients across multiple branch locations.
• Acts as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide solutions in compliance with policies.
• Develops long-term relationships and seeks opportunities to expand assets within the client base.
