Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team and manage complex workers' compensation claims from a remote setting. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and efficiency, while maintaining compliance with state requirements and client policies.

You will work with diverse stakeholders to communicate findings, provide solutions, and support recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims applying analytical skills to reach resolution.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to best serve clients and claimants.
