Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers' compensation claims remotely, applying analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex desk cases.

You will collaborate with clients to deliver solutions, maintain compliance, and communicate clearly with claimants while leveraging state adjuster credentials; MD/VA experience preferred; remote work available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure to determine proper course of action and resolve claims.
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while following client policies.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support claim outcomes.
