Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years with progressive experience in project management.
• Experience with evaluation and structural design of waterfront infrastructure (ports, marinas, etc.).
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in complex engineering computations and design.
• Oversee use of engineering/design software to prepare documents.
• Lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity and ensure profitability.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and staffing while maintaining client focus.
• Lead pursuit activities: proposals, scoping, cost estimating, contracts, planning and quality.
