The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, P.E. certification, and extensive project engineering experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to lead technical teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in project engineering.
• Experience with evaluation and structural design of waterfront structures.
• Maintain competency in engineering field of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act independently on technical matters in area of expertise.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Plan and coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work.
• Supervise staff necessary to complete engineering assignments.
