Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex waterfront infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery.
• Set goals, budgets, schedules, and staffing needs; manage profitability.
• Provide client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee design teams and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Bid, scope, and negotiate contracts; contribute to business development.
