Job summary

Collins Engineers, Inc. invites a seasoned Senior Project Manager (Waterfront) to lead complex civil-structural projects in a waterfront setting. You will guide project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery aligns with financial and scheduling goals.

You will also drive proposals, scoping, and contracts while staying active in technical practice and safety commitments. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year university.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required.
• 10+ years with progressive experience in project management.
• Experience with waterfront structures, ports, and/or marinas.
• Experience with public/federal/port authority and municipal clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Prepare agreements, set project goals, fees, schedule, and staffing needs.
• Monitor schedules, deadlines, and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Oversee project financials, client billings, and overdue accounts receivable.
• Lead business development, proposals, scoping, costing, and contract negotiations.
