Job summary

RK&K is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead a growing municipal infrastructure team. The ideal candidate combines 10–20 years of structural engineering, budget and team leadership skills, with a PE license.

You will be the primary structural contact for clients and subconsultants, driving projects from concept through construction. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate across disciplines, including process, architectural, mechanical, and civil leads,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural focus and a PE license.
• 10+ years in structural engineering, environmental facilities and building projects.
• Strong PM, budgeting, leadership and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering scope for environmental projects, on schedule and within budget.
• Direct analyses, calculations, specs, and contract documents.
• Manage scopes, proposals, budgets, and schedules; track hours and milestones.
• Provide direction on complex designs (concrete, steel, masonry) and foundations.
