Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead water, wastewater, and energy projects across North America. This remote role offers ownership, autonomy, and client-facing leadership.

You will guide projects from concept through implementation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget with occasional travel to project sites. The position emphasizes significant ownership, professional development, and a performance bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting, infrastructure project management, or design-build project development.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, scopes, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally to project locations.
• Demonstrated success leading projects from concept through implementation.

• Identifying, developing, and delivering water, wastewater, resource recovery, and waste-to-energy projects across North America.
• Lead project planning and preliminary engineering efforts.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and work with owners, operators, contractors, and technology providers.
• Support proposal development and project pursuits.
• Evaluate treatment and energy recovery technologies and oversee construction startup activities.
