Jobot is seeking a seasoned engineering professional with deep experience in water and wastewater systems to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. The role combines technical leadership, project oversight, and client-facing responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to organizational growth and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering discipline (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical)
• At least seven years of progressive experience in water and/or wastewater engineering projects
• Strong understanding of treatment processes, hydraulic principles, and permitting/regulatory coordination
• Working knowledge of structural design fundamentals, applicable codes, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in CAD tools and common engineering software platforms
• Demonstrated ability to independently assess engineering challenges and apply established methods
• Ability to collaborate across teams/locations and balance technical and interpersonal communication
• Experience working directly with clients and supporting long-term professional relationships
• Exposure to business development activities in water or wastewater
• Participation in technical committees or professional associations preferred
