Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional licensure (PE) or comparable licensure is necessary.
• Proficiency in industry relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Scope and facilitate studies and research projects for company objectives.
• Design, evaluate, and implement water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for performance and reliability.
• Prepare permitting and regulatory documents (NPDES, 404/401, USACE, Water Rights).
• Prepare contracts, ROM estimates, secure permits, obtain landowner agreements, and oversee construction projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assemble data and analytics to support SAAS tools development.
