Job summary

SEH seeks a Senior Water Engineer / Project Manager to lead critical water infrastructure projects across Minnesota, including treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage and distribution systems. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and foster strong client relationships while mentoring emerging professionals.

Experience leading water/wastewater design and delivery, a PE license, and a proven ability to grow client partnerships are essential for this

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field.
• Significant experience leading the design and delivery of water and/or wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects.
• Maintain long-term client relationships from planning through delivery.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers.
• Guide development of creative, resilient water solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk, ensure quality, and drive project outcomes.
• Support business development and client expansion efforts.
