Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Dallas, TX, to lead and mentor a dynamic team on municipal water and wastewater projects. You will oversee design and management of linear infrastructure, treatment facilities, and related systems, while building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

This hybrid role offers above-market compensation, 100% company-paid benefits, a strong bonus program, and growth opportunities, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the technical design of municipal water/wastewater systems.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee design and management of linear infrastructure and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage in multiple design tasks including treatment facilities, water intakes, booster stations, and asset management.
