Job summary

Arcadis in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Senior Project Manager with water/wastewater engineering experience to lead and deliver projects within the Resilience Water Team.

You will manage conveyance, treatment, and master planning projects, build client relationships, and guide design teams from concept to completion. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical/Chemical Eng, 10+ years, PE license preferred; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience in municipal water/wastewater design and construction management.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities, distribution systems, and pump stations.
• Serve as Project or Design Manager from concept through final delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and lead project teams to uphold technical excellence.
• Support business growth through proposals and partnerships; travel as needed.
