The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Engineer license, an ABET-accredited engineering degree, and 10+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential in client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 10+ years of Water/Wastewater design and project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops project management plans for assigned projects.
• Manages subconsultants and project staff.
• Coordinates client presentations and proposals.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to project teams.
• Leads pricing, budgeting, and scope development.
