Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and PE licensure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead large, high-dollar projects in water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with disciplines and subconsultants to define scope and fee.
• Develop project plans, quality management plans, and schedules.
• Manage subconsultants and project team across phases.
• Communicate status and risks to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and review invoices.
• Support marketing, proposals, and win strategies for new work.
• Mentor and coach project teams and Section Heads.
