We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, mentor teams, coordinate with clients and subconsultants, and ensure high-quality outcomes for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineering License.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater project design and management.

Responsibilities

• Manages project scope, schedule and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to define project scope and fee.
• Develops project plans and quality management plans.
• Creates and maintains project schedules.
• Monitors progress, mitigates risks, and processes change orders.
• Communicates status and issues to stakeholders and clients.
• Leads project status reviews and prepares progress reports.
