Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience as a Construction Manager or project manager.
• 5 years of water/wastewater facilities construction management experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with Municipalities on project costs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Management Plans for assigned projects.
• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective leadership skills for managing field staff

Ability to evaluate contractor provided construction CPM schedules

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
