Job summary

Slayden Constructors Inc. seeks a Project Executive to lead and deliver large water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Oregon. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, guide project strategy, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution on multi-million dollar programs.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, BD collaboration, and strong leadership to align technical delivery with business goals; experience in CMAR or design-build is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in construction, design, finance and management on heavy civil or industrial projects.
• 5+ years on water/wastewater plant projects.
• Proven ability to lead construction projects; design-build and CMAR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and close-out of large water/wastewater projects (typically $50M–$300M+).
• Oversee project teams, including engineers, superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors.
• Monitor/control construction, safety, schedule, and budget; manage risk and change orders.
