Job summary

GHD is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our Water & Wastewater team. You will lead major water infrastructure projects, oversee budgets and schedules, and act as the primary client contact while mentoring staff and contributing to business development.

This role offers hybrid work with offices in Savannah, Columbia or Hilton Head. You will guide project teams, manage client engagement, and shape win strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure or treatment facilities.
• Strong understanding of consulting engineering business and municipal agencies.
• Business development, proposal preparation, and marketing skills a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to mentor and lead staff.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings (primarily day trips).
