Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas or eligible within six months of hire.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater design and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop facility or utility master plans.
• Plan, design, and execute water and wastewater projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and engineering documents.
• Adhere to QA/QC standards and firm requirements; participate in QA/QC programs.
• Perform schedule reviews and develop schedules for design/construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare proposals for new business and support client presentations.
