Job summary

GHD in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Carolinas and the Southeast. You will provide technical leadership, guide project delivery, and develop pricing and win strategies while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina.
Minimum 15 years of experience in planning, design and construction of water/wastewater infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Establish job management plans, QA protocols, and resource strategies.
Oversee budgets and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.
Mentor and grow the team; participate in recruitment efforts.
Develop pricing, scoping and win strategies for new work.
Foster relationships with clients through business development, sales and marketing.
