Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater treatment projects in the United States. You will oversee contract administration, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with owners and engineers to drive projects forward.

Ideal candidates bring 5–9+ years of GC experience on water/wastewater facilities, with DBIA/LEED accreditation a plus. The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage through complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• 5-9+ years construction experience required; working for a general contractor on water/wastewater treatment facilities highly preferred.
• DBIA and LEED Accreditation a plus.
• Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Secure all required permits and verify insurance coverage for subs.
• Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to coordinate work activity.
• Supervise and manage project team members; train and develop direct reports.
• Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence; prepare monthly job status reports.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with owner and engineering counterparts.
